Covered
Qualifying Manufacturing Issues
- Manufacturing defects that materially affect intended function
- Missing, loose, or improperly produced components
- Significant material or construction flaws present upon receipt
- Shipping cracks or breaks reported promptly with photographs
Not Covered
Use, Care, and Normal Wear
- Drops, misuse, accidents, excessive force, or unintended use
- Improper cleaning, storage, or high-heat exposure
- Dishwasher, microwave, oven, or hot-vehicle damage
- Normal wear, scratches, staining, fading, or repeated-use deterioration
- Damage from modifying, sanding, cutting, or altering the product
- Damage caused by pets, children, or improper handling
- Continued use after cracking, deep scratching, warping, or other damage
Shipping Damage
Report Visible Damage Within 7 Calendar Days
Keep the product, shipping box, label, and internal packaging until the request has been reviewed. Clear photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging help us determine whether a replacement or carrier claim is appropriate.
Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we respond.
3D-Printed Products
Normal Manufacturing Characteristics
3D-printed products are manufactured one layer at a time. Fine layer lines, seam points, minor surface variations, and slight shade differences between filament batches are normal. These cosmetic characteristics are not considered defects when they do not interfere with the product’s intended function.

How Qualifying Issues Are Resolved
After reviewing the information provided, Farmhouse Craft Works may offer a replacement component, replacement product, or another reasonable solution based on the circumstances. Warranty requests are evaluated individually.
Care Requirements
Hand-wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or sponge, then dry completely. Do not place PLA products in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven, and keep them away from high heat. Discontinue use if an item becomes cracked, deeply scratched, warped, or excessively worn.
