Wide Mouth Mason Jar Candy Dispenser Questions
So, I just had a Customer message me, asking if the Wide Mouth Mason Jar Candy Dispenser could dispense Nerds Gummy Clusters. When questioned, I wasn't sure and said so. We've only done it for harder candies. Today...I had to "take one for the team!"
I went to Walmart and picked up a couple small packs Nerds Gummy Clusters like in the picture. The Wide Mouth Mason Jar Candy Dispenser you see is in Translucent Cherry Pink and Apple Green Handle/Spinner.
As a reminder, if you are looking to purchase one, the purchase does not include the mason jar. The glass is too much of a risk when shipping for breaking and would add too much weight for the shipping cost. The price of the dispenser is $32.95. Why so much? The dispenser with all pieces takes over 9 hours to print!
I told her how I had to "research" for which is completely laughed. She thoroughly enjoyed the interaction. She asked me about the Silk Aurora Purple because it was not listed as available (note to self, check products to make sure all available colors are listed). So our message chain would provide as the option for the color wanted.
She told me this: Hahahaha you're absolutely fantastic! 11/10 best seller interaction I've ever had on here. I'm just really hoping to find something that will dispense that specific candy, which is proving way harder than expected.
Then she said this after a little more chatting: The interaction alone sold me on buying it if I'm being honest. Nobody ever takes the time to talk to customers.
I stick to what I told her in response: That’s because I am old fashioned. So many sellers just DO NOT know how to do it!
One of my nicknames has been "Chatty Cathy," and yes there is a doll by that name from the 70's. This is the FUN PART of this business. I get to interact with my Customers and get them exactly what they want in the color that they want!
